I'm Kavya Shree, a proud alumna of Indus Valley College, Batch of 2021. It's an absolute pleasure to share my journey and reconnect with the institution that played such an important role in shaping my career.
After completing my degree, I began my professional journey as a Business Analyst at ZKTeco R&D Center, located in Mahadevapura, Bangalore. My role gave me an incredible opportunity to understand the intersection of technology and business operations. I worked on analyzing data, preparing performance reports, identifying business trends, and assisting management in making data-driven decisions. The hands-on experience helped me strengthen my analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, while also giving me real-world insight into how organizations evolve and innovate.
Looking back, I'm deeply grateful to Indus Valley College for providing a strong academic foundation and an environment that nurtured confidence, communication skills, and professionalism. The guidance from my professors and the supportive atmosphere at college helped me step into the corporate world with clarity and confidence.
