Hello everyone, I am Neha Rajpurohit, a proud alumna of Indus Valley College, Batch of 2020. Currently, I am working as an intern at True IP, a reputed CA, CS, and LLB firm situated on MG Road, Bangalore. My role allows me to gain practical exposure in both the CS and LLB domains.
I have successfully completed my first year of LLB and also cleared a group in Company Secretary (CS). As part of my internship, I handle responsibilities like filing company returns and forms, assisting with insolvency and bankruptcy matters, preparing case filings, and even visiting courts for legal proceedings. This has given me immense insight into how law and corporate governance function in real time.
At True IP, we focus on ensuring corporate governance and compliance, making sure companies follow the legal framework required for smooth operations. This experience has been challenging yet rewarding, and I am grateful to Indus Valley College for laying a strong academic foundation that prepared me for this journey.
To my juniors, I would say - focus on building your skills, stay curious, and make use of every opportunity the college provides. The discipline, exposure, and encouragement you receive at Indus Valley will truly help you in your professional path, just as it has helped me.
