The Indus Valley College, in its admissions, operations and employment practices, does not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, genetic information, veteran status, or disability.

The College prohibits retaliation against individuals who bring forth any complaint to a college administrator or a government agency or who assist in the investigation of any complaint.
